Training

Winter training normally takes place at Golden Hill from 7pm and lasts around 90 minutes.

The sessions usually involve up to 30 minutes of warm-up and fitness work, followed by another half an hour of drills and stick work, and then the session ends with an informal game.

The sessions are open to all club members as they are fully mixed ability, from beginners to regular first team players, Men, Ladies and Badgers.

They are a great way to meet fellow club members as well as to hone your fitness and sharpen up your skills ready for match day.

Sessions are usually attended by around 30 players.
